Forex trading in Dubai and the UAE
Funding a trading account from the UAE works nothing like funding one from Iraq. Card and bank transfer are straightforward here — and they are exactly the two methods that do not work across the border.

How you fund an account from the UAE
Credit and debit cards work from the UAE and credit instantly. So does an international bank transfer, which takes one to three business days and carries a higher minimum. Neither of those is available to our clients inside Iraq, where the banking route is impractical and local wallets do the work instead.
If you would rather not use a bank at all, USDT on TRC-20 settles in about five minutes, and the Ovadot wallet, Payeer and Ptop are also available.
What you will not find here are the Iraqi rails — ZainCash, Qi Card and FastPay are restricted to Iraq. Withdrawals return to whichever method you deposited from, paid in your own name, never to a third party.
Gold, from the city that trades it
Dubai has traded physical gold for a very long time, and XAUUSD is the same metal priced in dollars per ounce without a vault, a dealer, or a premium over spot.
The mechanics are worth stating plainly because they are what damages accounts. A standard lot is 100 ounces, so a $10 move in the gold price is $1,000 on a single lot, and gold routinely travels $20 to $40 in a day. Traders who size gold like a currency pair discover the difference on their first volatile session.
The UAE sits four hours ahead of London in winter. The London and New York overlap — the deepest liquidity and therefore the tightest spreads of the day — falls in your evening, which is a convenient hour to be at a screen.
Who regulates us, stated plainly
TNFX Ltd is licensed by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles under licence SD133, and our registered office is in Mahe, Seychelles. We are not licensed by the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority or by the DFSA, and nothing on this page should be read as suggesting otherwise.
We say this directly because the alternative is letting a reader assume local authorisation from the fact that we have won awards in Dubai. We have — seven international awards since 2020, including Best Zero Broker in the Middle East — but an award is recognition, not regulation, and the two should never be confused.
You can verify licence SD133 on the Seychelles FSA's own public register. That check takes two minutes and is worth doing for any broker you are considering, not just us.
