What one lot actually means
One standard lot of USDPLN is 100,000 units of the base currency. Price is quoted to 5 decimal places, so the smallest increment is 0.00001.
That makes one point worth about 1 PLN per standard lot, and roughly 0.01 PLN on the 0.01 minimum lot. Multiply by your lot size to get your real exposure per point before you open anything.
A worked example
Take a 100-point move in USDPLN — that is 0.001 in price terms. On one standard lot that is 100 PLN. On 0.10 lots it is 10 PLN, and on the 0.01 minimum lot 1 PLN. Those are the numbers your stop distance is actually spending.

USDPLN is available on our Standard, Cent, Zero, VIP account types, on both MT4 and MT5. Spreads and commission differ by account type — Standard carries the cost in the spread, Zero quotes tighter with a per-lot commission.
Positions held past the daily close accrue overnight financing. Swap-free (Islamic) status is available on request on any account type and is applied to your individual account, not to the account type — an account that has not been placed in a swap-free group accrues swap normally.
Sizing a position
Decide the money you are willing to lose on the trade first, then divide by your stop distance in points to get the lot size your account can carry. Choosing the lot size first and fitting the stop around it is how accounts disappear.
