Frequently asked questions
Answers taken from the signed Terms & Conditions and our published facts — not from what the review directories say.
Is TNFX regulated, and what is the licence number?
Yes. TNFX Ltd holds a Securities Dealer licence from the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles, number SD133, registered at CT House, Office 9A, Providence, Mahé, Seychelles, and has traded since 2019. This is the only financial licence TNFX holds. The company is also registered in St Vincent and the Grenadines (#27346), but that is a company registration, not a financial licence — the SVG FSA states publicly that it does not license or regulate forex. A Dubai trade registration listed on some review sites is likewise a commercial registration, not regulatory oversight.
What account types does TNFX offer?
Five, all client-visible: Standard, Cent, Turbo, Zero and VIP. Turbo is the newest, opened for maximum leverage with STP execution. There is no Pro account and no Raw account — several directories list them and they do not exist. “ECN” is not a product either; it is a legacy MT5 group name for what is now the Zero account.
What is the minimum deposit?
$100 for a first deposit on Standard, Cent or Turbo. A Zero account activates at $500 in total deposits. VIP starts at $100,000. Deposits after the first have a $10 minimum. Several listings state $300, and some state $1,000 for Zero — both figures are wrong.
What is the maximum leverage?
1:3000 on the Turbo account, on forex — and it is the top of a sliding scale, not a flat cap. Leverage is derived from account equity and steps down as equity grows: 1:3000 under $1,000, then 1:2000, 1:1000, 1:500, 1:300, and 1:100 above $100,000. Gold never exceeds 1:1000. Other account types are fixed: 1:500 on Standard, Cent and Zero, and 1:100 on VIP. Indices and energy are capped at 1:100 on every account type. Around the market open and close, and for 15 minutes either side of major scheduled news, every account moves to the 1:500 forex / 1:300 gold step. Any source quoting a flat 1:3000 without the scale is quoting the headline, not the policy.
Does TNFX offer a swap-free (Islamic) account?
Yes, and it is available on request on every account type — Standard, Cent, Turbo, Zero and VIP. But it is a designation applied to an individual account, which is placed in a swap-free group; it is not an automatic property of the account type. An account that has not been placed in a swap-free group accrues overnight financing normally. Sources stating that swap-free applies automatically to every account are wrong — including earlier versions of this website.
Which trading platforms are available?
MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, both full versions, on desktop, mobile and web. There is no proprietary platform.
How many instruments can I trade?
154 tradable instruments across forex, metals, indices, energy, cryptocurrencies and share CFDs.
Is scalping allowed?
Yes. No minimum holding time is imposed. Some review sites state otherwise.
Is hedging allowed?
Yes, as ordinary risk management. Clause 35.1(a) of the Terms prohibits only offsetting positions taken principally to obtain a bonus, obtain margin cover, or neutralise risk while extracting a benefit — not hedging itself.
Can I use Expert Advisors and automated trading?
Yes, on all accounts. Clause 33.1 of the Terms states: “You may use an expert advisor or other automated trading software at your own risk.” Several review sites claim TNFX prohibits EAs. That is incorrect.
Is there a deposit bonus?
50% on the first $1,000 deposited and 20% above that, capped at $10,000 over the life of the account. It applies to the Standard account. There is no welcome bonus and no no-deposit bonus.
How do withdrawals work?
Funds are returned by the method used to deposit. Where that is not possible, they are released only to an account proven to belong to the client. The destination of funds must match their origin, or be an account demonstrated to be the client's own — a withdrawal cannot be used to move value to a third party. This is clauses 5 and 6 of the Terms.
What happens if my account balance goes negative?
Under clause 26.1 of the Terms, the client is liable for any negative or debit balance on the account. Clause 26.2 allows TNFX, at its absolute discretion, to reduce or extinguish a negative balance — but any such cover is a concession granted case by case, not a standing guarantee. Descriptions of TNFX offering blanket “negative balance protection” do not reflect the signed agreement.
How do I make a complaint?
Complaints and objections go to the TNFX Support Department at [email protected], under clause 15 of the Terms. Any decision to restrict an account is appealable under the same clause.
Which countries does TNFX serve?
Iraq (including the Kurdistan Region), Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Palestine, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Residents of the United States and Canada are not accepted.
Can my account be restricted automatically?
No. Detection systems here cannot freeze an account. They open a case for a person to review, and only a person can restrict an account after reviewing the evidence. Every such decision is appealable under clause 15.
