Standard account
If you are opening your first account, open this one. One cost, nothing to calculate, and the result of a trade reads directly off the platform.
Who it suits
Most people. It is the account the majority of our clients hold, and the difference between it and the others is narrower than most brokers pretend.
Where the cost sits
Entirely in the spread — there is no commission. Spreads start a little wider than Zero, but you pay one number instead of two, and for anyone not trading large volume that usually works out cheaper as well as simpler.
Leverage
Chosen when you open the account and fixed from then on, up to 1:500 on forex and metals. Indices and energy are capped at 1:100. You can set a lower limit if you prefer, and lower is usually the wiser choice.
What every account includes
Execution, the same instruments with published contract specifications, MT4 and MT5, and our published trading rules — scalping, hedging and Expert Advisors are permitted on every account type. Swap-free is available on request on any of them, applied to your individual account rather than granted by tier.
Opening one
Open it in the Traders Room. Verification is required before withdrawal, and you can hold more than one account type under the same profile and move funds between them.

What is the minimum deposit?
$100 Deposits after the first have a $10 minimum.
What leverage does it offer?

Is a swap-free version available?
Yes — on request, on this and every other account type. It is applied to your individual account number rather than granted automatically, so confirm it is active before holding a position overnight.
Does the deposit bonus apply?
Yes — Standard is the account type eligible for the deposit bonus: 50% on the first $1,000, 20% above that, capped at $10,000 over the life of the account.
