Network & Help desk requirements:
Skill in the network fundamentals “Rules, Nat, Mangle, Firewall, Manage bandwidth”.
Skills in Windows server, VPS and Linux server.
Skills in VOIP communication system “PBX”.
Preferably have certified in Windows server and Mikrotik or CCNA.
Skills in Microsoft services or Google services.
Preferably have experience in security issues and backup data periodically.
Very good communication skills.
Skills in A virtual private server “VPS”.
Main task “install program, set up the printer, format pc, and maintenance etc….”
