Delete your TNFX account

You can ask us to delete your TNFX client account at any time. This page explains how, for the TNFX app on iPhone and Android and for the client portal at my.tnfx.co.

How to request deletion

1. Sign in to the TNFX app, or to the client portal at my.tnfx.co in any web browser.
2. Open Profile, go to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
3. Tick the confirmation and send the request. You can cancel it from the same place while it is open.

Can’t sign in? Reset your password with Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen, or email [email protected] from the email address registered on your account and ask for the account to be deleted.

What happens next

• Our team confirms the request with you on your registered phone number or email.
• Every trading account must be withdrawn to zero first. If money remains in an account, we will ask you to withdraw it before the account is closed.
• We then close your access to the client portal and the app, and close your trading accounts.

What we delete and what we keep

When your account is closed, we delete your sign-in and the personal profile linked to it, except for data the law requires us to keep.

As a regulated broker, TNFX Ltd must keep identity verification documents and the records of your transactions and trading for the period set by anti-money-laundering and financial-services rules. We keep them securely for that period only and delete them when it ends.
