How to change the company’s server in the MT4-MT5 trading platforms

To change the company’s server from the old server Tiran Forex to the new server TNFX Ltd in our trading platforms, the following steps must be followed:

🔸 Mobile Users: You must add your trading account again from scratch by searching for the new server name TNFX Ltd and entering your data as shown in the steps and images below: 

iOS phones

1/ Open the platform on the phone and click on Settings, then click on the arrow next to the account number.

2/ Click on the plus sign +.

3/ Search for the new server name TNFX Ltd, click on it and select it.

Android phones

1/ Open the platform on the phone and click on Settings, then click on Manage account.

2/ Click on the plus sign +.

3/ Search for the new server nam

You must know both the login number and the password for your account on the platform, and in case you forgot the password for the platform, you can learn how to change the password for your trading account through the video tutorial Click here.  

🔸 Computer Users:

You must download the new installer which will be available on the website, if you are using your existing settings you will still be able to connect and you will see two old server names Tiran Forex and the new one TNFX Ltd both of which will allow you to log in however we highly recommend downloading the new installer And when downloading make sure to install in the same folder.

To change the company’s server from the old server Tiran Forex to the new server TNFX Ltd in our trading platforms, the following steps must be followed:

1/ Open the platform on your computer, click on File, and select Open an account.

2/ Search for the new server name TNFX Ltd, click on it and select it.

3/ Type your trading account number and password and log in.
